Traditional seafood cuisine
The restaurant offers an essentially seafood-based cuisine, based on the freshest, highest-quality fish and seafood, treated with the utmost respect. Cutting, cooking and seasoning are essential.
Market-fresh seafood shapes our daily work and allows us to focus on seasonal products, with occasional specialties such as goose barnacles, baby octopus, mussels, sardines, baby squid or line-caught squid.
We offer fillets, collars and whole fish, mainly prepared in salt, as well as grilled, oven-baked or Santurce-style blanched cooking methods.
Rice dishes and seafood stews complete our seafood offering, with “Moll del Rellotge” rice as a signature and essential dish of the house.
