Traditional seafood cuisine

The Restaurant offers essentially seafood cuisine. Fish and seafood of the day and of the best quality, executed in its correct handling. The product is sacred and we must not spoil it. The cut, the cooking and the point of salt take on the utmost importance.

Buying product from the fish market daily, means offering seasonal product. In this sense, at home we can occasionally find: barnacles, baby octopuses, mussels, sardines, squid, “raors”, jig squid, crab, etc. 

We have fish supremes, napes and whole pieces of fish available daily, mostly for cooking in salt. The grill, the oven or blanching Santurce sauce are cooking methods that we work on every day.

Rice and stews perfectly complement our seafood offering and shine with their own light. La paella “del Moll” is a safe value, essential in our house.

To complement our gastronomic offer, we have an extensive carefully selected wine list. 

Our wines have a common denominator: honesty and authenticity with the “terroir”. Wines with soul, with minimal intervention, where most of the work is done in the vineyard. Wines to drink, wines to share and to produce pleasure. Clean wines. We accept sulfites.

And since the earth belongs to everyone and belongs to no one, we consider ourselves citizens of the world and have references from multiple countries.
